Accessing Voicemail Boxes other than your own

A voicemail box is typically accessed with the voicemail/messages button on the phone or by dialing *97.

From your extension you can also access other mail boxes in Evolution by dialing *96.

When you do you will be prompted for the mailbox number, followed by the password.  Accordingly you will need to enter the voicemail box number followed by the pin.
