Call Activity Report
The call activity report will provide you with a general view of how many calls there were over a particular date range and specified interval. This report would be useful to answer questions like, "How many inbound calls did we receive each day of last week?" or "What was the maximum number of simultaneous inbound and outbound calls for last month?" You could also use this report to gauge average call duration by day of week for a month (or longer) to determine which day of the week you have the most call activity.
|Interval||This is the interval selected from the 'By' value: 1/2 Hour, Hour, Day of Month, Day of Week, or Month.|
|Total Calls||Sum of all calls within the interval of the selected period.|
|Avg Duration||Mean average of call durations within the interval of the selected period.|
|Total Talk Time||Sum of call durations within the interval of the selected period.|
|Max Simultaneous Calls||Greatest sum of overlapping calls within the interval of the selected period.|
