Skills

Skills, or skill groups, provide a simplified method for managing multiple queues and agents. In addition to adding extensions or agents into queues, you may also add a Skill to a queue. When this method is used, adding or removing an extension from a Skill will dynamically add or remove the extension from the associated queue.

Each Skill is assigned a name and description. To add extensions to the skill, simply select the extensions you wish to add from the "Extensions" list and click "Add Ext."

Deleting a Skill will dynamically remove all extensions of the Skill from any associated extension group so long as they are not associated with another Skill in the same extension group.
