How to Download MP3 Recording
Note: that Evolution version 5.0 or later is required for this feature to be present.
In order to download a copy of recorded call for archiving you will need to login to Evolution with a user who has access to the 'Reporting' tab.
Once you have browsed to the Reporting tab, enter the subjective information necessary to locate the call as indicated below:

If you click on the play button, an embedded player pops up and starts playing the recorded call:
To download a copy of the call, click on the 'Download MP3' button near the bottom of the window.
