How to Faxing with Intuitive Technology Fax Service

Note : Inbound faxing is configured by request to the desired email address(es) or distribution list.

All users who are going to send faxes outbound need to have the email address(es) they are sending from added to the 'allow' list on the fax service. To confirm or add your email address please email support@intuitivetechnology.com.

Sending a Fax

To send a fax you will need to create an email and address it to: faxFAXNUMBER@titaniumvfax.com

For example, to send a fax to 555-987-6123 you would enter: fax5559876123@titaniumvfax.com

In this image you can see an example of how it might look in your email client (note the PDF attachment which is what we are faxing):

The subject and body fields are not utilized and will be ignored.

There should only be one destination per fax attempt.

Supported attachments will need to be 8.5x11 inches with a filename no longer than 32 characters and no more than 30 pages.

Please include only one attachment per email as additional attachments will be ignored and not transmitted.

Supported file types include: PDF and 'fax formatted' TIFF
